Bart Dockx (born September 2, 1981 in Turnhout ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Career

Bart Dockx won the Vlaamse Pijl junior edition in 2002 and then drove for the Quick Step-Davitamon junior team in 2003 . In 2004 he became a professional at Relax-Bodysol , from 2005 to 2009 he drove for the Belgian ProTeam Silence Lotto , with which he took third place at the 2006 Grand Prix Pino Cerami . During this time he also took part in the Vuelta a España four times and once in the Giro d'Italia and was able to finish these Grand Tours four times.

For the 2010 season he moved to the Belgian Professional Continental Team Landbouwkrediet-Colnago , where he ended his career as an active cyclist at the end of the 2011 season.
