Bass Generation is the fifth studio album by the Swedish singer / songwriter Basshunter. It was released on September 28, 2009. A week earlier, the single " Every Morning " was released. The album reached number two on the New Zealand chartsand number seven in South Africa .
Emergence
Work on the album began in early 2009. Basshunter's return to the studio was announced on the official website. On July 1, 2009, the first single Every Morning was announced.

The website Allmusic wrote that those who had no taste for mainstream Euro-Dance music would find the long track list numbing towards the end - but bit by bit the qualities of Basshunter on the album were "easy to appreciate". The site awarded three out of five stars.
