Calling Time is the sixth studio album by the Swedish singer / songwriter Basshunter . It was released on May 13, 2013 on the Gallo Record Company label.
History of origin
Shortly after Basshunter's appearance on Celebrity Big Brother on Channel 4 in the UK, his next album Calling Time was announced. On May 14, 2010, the first single Saturday appeared on the radio. The single followed on July 5, 2010.
Overall, the work on the album took three years. During this time Basshunter aka Jonas Altberg recorded about 50 songs, from which he selected the best. In fact, it was already recorded in 2012, but Jonas Altberg discovered new music software and decided to rework some of the songs with it, which ended in a complete re-recording of the album.
The album consists of 15 songs and three remixes and was released on May 13, 2013 on the Gallo Record Company label.
After the album was released, he announced that Calling Time would be the last album he would sing on. Rather, he wanted to concentrate solely on DJing and music production for other artists from now on .

Chart placements
The album and the accompanying singles Saturday, Fest i husla huset (his single with the Swedish Big Brother house), Northern Light , Dream on the Dancefloor , Crash & Burn and Calling Time missed the charts. The album was only able to achieve a placement in the US Billboard.Dance/Electronic-Charts.
