Batman The Ride is an inverted coaster model from the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard . The first roller coaster with this track layout opened on May 9, 1992 in Six Flags Great America ( Illinois , USA ).
As Batman The Ride , she drives not only in Great America Park but also in the sister parks Great Adventure , Magic Mountain , Over Georgia , Over Texas , St. Louis and La Ronde . After Hurricane Katrina , the Six Flags New Orleans Park, and thus the Batman: The Ride roller coaster, was closed. This was reopened as Goliath in 2008 in Six Flags Fiesta Texas .

After the train has been pulled at a height of 30.5 m, the first drop follows , which leads to the left or right. There are three inversions in a row: First, the looping is passed. After the zero-g-roll comes the second loop. A left and right curve (or right and left curve) leads into the first corkscrew before the train reaches the second corkscrew after another curve.
Trains
The Batman The Ride roller coasters have two trains with eight cars each. Four people (one row) can be seated in each car. Shoulder straps are used as a restraint system.
