Be'eri ( Hebrew בְּאֵרִי) is a kibbutz in Israel , which is located in the Negev . The kibbutz is located near the Gaza Strip .
history
Be'eri was founded in 1946 as part of the eleven point operation. The founders were members of the Federation of Working and Studying Youth . After Israel gained independence in 1948, the kibbutz was moved about three kilometers southeast of the position it was then.
