Beachmont is a subway station of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) named after the district of the same name in Revere , near the Boston district of East Boston in the state of Massachusetts in the United States . It provides access to the line Blue Line . Along with Charles / MGH , Science Park , Malden Center , Wollaston and Fields Corner, the station is one of the few remaining elevated underground stations in the MBTA network.

history

The original station was built on January 19, 1954. From 1994 to 1995 a completely new building was carried out together with the stations Suffolk Downs , Revere Beach and Wonderland .
