The Beeke Stadium or Beekestadion is a football stadium in the Hanover district of Ricklingen . The stadium is also known as the Mühlenholzweg stadium . The sports facility offers visitors around 2,000 usable spaces in 2014, around 1,900 of which are covered. The seats are all located on the main stand, with the southern area consisting of a fenced-off guest area with seating and standing room, which has its own stadium access. The roof of the main stand is supported by five steel pylons .

In addition to the main grandstand with individual seats and benches in the middle, the uncovered back straight is also equipped with four rows of plastic seats in the middle. The back straight is dilapidated and therefore closed. There are no grandstands behind the gates. Other sports facilities such as football and tennis courts are located around the stadium .

The owner and main user of the venue are Sportfreunde Ricklingen , who played in the Regional Football League North from 1996 to 1999 , which was the third highest division at the time, and who are now (2014/15 season) in the seventh-class district league Hannover 2 .

From 2012 to 2016, the second team from Hannover 96 played in the Ricklinger Stadium for cost reasons. The stadium was suitable for the regional league, with the exception of a few minor details, and the costs for the repairs were borne by Hannover 96. After the new Eilenriedestadion was completed in autumn 2016, it moved back there.

The American Footballers of the Hannover Grizzlies have been using the Beekestadion as their home ground since 2017 .
