Ossuary in Daoulas

The ossuary in Daoulas , a French commune in the Finistère department in Brittany , was built in 1454 and modified in the 16th century. The ossuary made of local granite stands opposite the Ste-Anne chapel in the middle of the cemetery.

It has a neatly framed portal and three coupled arched windows on the right and two windows on the left of the entrance. The gable roof is covered with rectangular stone slabs. During the reconstruction in the 19th century, a roof turret was placed on the top of the gable .
