Beinn na Caillich , also Beinn na Caillich Beag ( Gaelic for "Little Hill of the Old Woman") is a mountain on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay . The 332 m high elevation is located near the east coast of the island about 1.5 kilometers west of Cape McArthur's Head and ten kilometers south of the ferry terminal Port Askaig . With Sgorr nam Faoileann , Glas Bheinn , Beinn Bheigeir , Beinn Bhàn and Beinn Uraraidh there are five other mountains within a radius of seven kilometers .

Beinn na Caillich is located in a sparsely populated part of the island, which is why there are no roads to the mountain. However, hiking routes to the mountain are described, for example starting from the nearby Proaig Bay , which also include the surrounding peaks.
