Belgospishcheprom (White Russian: Белдзяржхарчпрам Beldsjarschchartschpram ; Russian: Белгоспищепром Belgospishcheprom ) is the state of Belarus group of the food industry. The name Belgospishcheprom is the short form of Bel (“Belarusian”), gos (“state”), pishche (“food”) and prom (“industry”).
The group includes:
- Sugar factories in
- seven pastry shops
- over ten distilleries and cellars
- Oil mills and margarine factories in
- Enterprises of meat industry
- a tobacco factory
- the Krinitsa brewery in Minsk with branches in Nesvish and Polotsk
- the Belsolod malting plant in Iwanawa
- further subsidiaries (e.g. trading houses).
Kriniza Brewery
The Krinitsa Brewery was founded in 1975 as Минского пивзавода №2 (Minsk Beer Factory No. 2). Today around 1000 employees produce over 2 million hectoliters of beer and other beverages . In addition to its own brands ( Крыніца , KULT and Пивная карта ), beers are also produced under license from Anadolu Efes and König Ludwig International .
The brewery is a sponsor of Zmoki Minsk (basketball) and FK Krumkrachy Minsk (football).
