Believe in Me is a 2013 song by Bonnie Tyler and the first single from her 16th studio album Rocks and Honey , recorded at Blackbird Studios in Nashville . It was the British entry to the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö , where it reached 19th place .

The cover image is from Tyler's nephew Andrew Hopkins, who works as a photographer.

Music video

The music video premiered on March 6, 2013 on the BBC and Eurovision YouTube channels . It was shot in East Sussex , England .

Live performances

Tyler sang the song live for the first time as part of the “Rock Meets Classic Tour 2013” ​​on February 18 in Berlin .

At the Eurovision Song Contest on May 18, 2013, Tyler performed the song with four background singers and guitarist Matt Prior and reached 19th place out of 26 participants.
