Ben Kamili

Ben Kamili (* 1969 in Orashe e Poshtme , Macedonia ) is a German-Albanian painter who lives and works in Berlin.

Life

Ben Kamili was born in Orashe e Poshtme, Macedonia , in 1969 . After moving to the German capital, he studied from 1998 to 2004 at the Berlin University of the Arts with Professor Klaus Fußmann . Since then, the artist has presented his characteristic landscape subjects, which are characterized by strong, pastose colors, in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Kamili devotes himself intensively to plein air painting and works in thematic cycles, so he created a. a. Series of paintings on the Elbe or on the royal gardens of Berlin and Potsdam.
