Benjamin William Oliver "Ben" Swain (born March 31, 1986 in Welwyn Garden City ) is a British water diver . He starts for the City of Sheffield Diving Club team in the disciplines art and synchronized diving . In dubbing competitions he jumps alongside Nick Robinson-Baker .

He participated in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in part. In the 3 m synchronized jumping he was seventh, in the 3 m individual competition he was eliminated as 26th in the preliminary fight.

At the 2009 World Cup in Rome , he was again seventh in the dubbing competition with Robinson-Baker. The duo also achieved seventh place at the 2008 European Championships in Eindhoven . His best individual result so far was a 14th place at the 2006 European Championship .

At the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne , Swain was sixth on the 1 meter board and seventh on the 3 meter board.

Between 2006 and 2009 he won a total of six titles at British Championships.
