Bence Varga (born July 6, 1994 ) is a Hungarian pool player .

Career

In 2007, Bence Varga won his first medal at the European Youth Championships with bronze in the pupils' 9-ball . After taking part in the men's European championship for the first time in 2010 , but not getting beyond 65th place in 9-ball and 10-ball , he succeeded in June of the same year, with final victories against the Poles Adrian Borowiec and Wojciech Szewczyk European student champion to become in 9-ball and 10-ball. At the Men's European Championship 2011 , Varga reached 33rd place in 9-ball and 65th place in 8-ball and 10-ball. Among the juniors he was European champion in the final against Marc Bijsterbosch in the 14/1 in 2011 and vice-European champion with the Polish team. At the Junior World Championship in September 2011, Varga was third. In 2012 he won his last medal at the European Youth Championships with bronze in 8-ball.

Varga became Austrian champion in 2013 with the PBC Billiard Temple Linz .

In 2010, the then 15-year-old Bence Varga took part with the Hungarian team in the Team World Cup, where they were eliminated in the preliminary round.
