Benita Rinne (born November 29, 1956 in Berlin ) is a German actress .

Life

After graduating from high school, Rinne attended the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, then the HB Studio New York, Jerzy Grotowski's Teatr Laboratory in Wrocław and the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute .

Her theater career began in the 1977/78 season at the Fritz-Remond Theater im Zoo in Frankfurt with the role of Catherine in Robert Thomas' The Eight Women and the street theater project Die Pest by Albert Camus with members of the Living Theater. This was followed by engagements at the Grips Theater Berlin, the Landestheater Tübingen , where she a. a. the "star" in Karl-Heinz Scherfling's Nix los in Strinz and Gustchen in The Hofmeister by Jakob Michael Reinhold Lenz , and at the Tübingen room theater.

Benita Rinne became known to a larger audience when she portrayed the detective Katrin Rieger in six episodes of the TV series SOKO 5113 from 1983 to 1985 .

Since then, Benita Rinne has appeared in many films, e.
