Bente Bergendorff
Bente Bergendorff ( Bente Løvgren Bergendorff, married Halsteen; born March 30, 1929 in Rønne , † February 25, 1967 in Bloomington , Indiana , United States ) was a Danish sprinter and hurdler .
At the Olympic Games in London in 1948, she reached the semi-finals over 100 m and was fifth in the 4-by-100-meter relay .
Twice she was Danish champion over 60 m (1944, 1945) and once each over 100 m (1948), 200 m (1944) and over 80 m hurdles (1948).
