Berendseen 12 (Niederndodeleben)
The Berendseen 12 homestead is a listed mill yard in the municipality of Hohe Börde in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the Niederndodeleben district on the west side of the village, west of the intersection of the Berendseen and Kantorberg roads. The Schrote runs south of the homestead, on the left bank of which the property is located.
Architecture and history
The large watermill yard used the shot as a drive. On its west side it has a two-storey eaves half-timbered house from around 1700. It is one of the oldest and most important half-timbered buildings in the Börde district . The framework is richly decorated with diamond and St. Andrew's crosses . The building is covered with a steep gable roof .
The outbuildings of the courtyard are also designed in half-timbered construction.
In the local register of monuments , the former water mill is registered as a monument under registration number 094 75592 .
