Berkin Kamil Arslan (born February 3, 1992 in Milas ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Club career

Arslan started club football in the youth of Nazilli Belediyespor . Here he was noticed by the talent scouts of Galatasaray Istanbul and in 2007, with a professional contract, was transferred to the youth department of the Istanbul team. For the 2008/09 season he was taken to the season preparation camp by the then coach Michael Skibbe . He then returned to the reserve team, but sat on the bench in several cup matches. He made his debut on December 23, 2009 at a cup match against Trabzonspor . For the second half of the 2011/12 season he was loaned to the second division Kartalspor and played here in three league games.

With the expiry of his contract with Galatasaray in the summer of 2012, he left this club and moved to the new second division club Şanlıurfaspor . In April 2014, after mutual agreement with the club's management, he dissolved his contract and left this club.

In the summer of 2014, Arslan moved within the TFF 1st Lig to the western Turkish representative Bucaspor .

National team

Arslan went through all the youth national teams of Turkey from the Turkish U-15 to the U-19. In 2009 he took part with the Turkish U-17 team in the U-17 European Football Championship in 2009 , but was eliminated from the tournament with his team in the group stage. In the same year he took part with the Turkish U-17 team in the U-17 World Cup in 2009 and reached the quarter-finals with his team.
