Bernardino Brambila (born August 20, 1950 in San Marcos , Jalisco , † May 14, 2011 in Teziutlán , Puebla ) was a Mexican football player on the position of a striker .

career

Brambila began his professional career at CD Oro , for which he made an important contribution to relegation in his first season in 1968/69 . In the relegation games against CF Nuevo León he scored the important connection goal to 1: 2 in the second comparison and in the decisive third game the winning goal to 1: 0 in the 89th minute, which ensured his club to remain in the top Mexican division .

With the Mulos Brambila played until the 1970/71 season , in which the club already operated as CSD Jalisco.

He then moved to Puebla FC , in whose ranks he also made the leap to the Mexican national team . In the meantime he played for Atlético Español in the 1974/75 season .

Trainer

After his active career, Brambila worked as a coach and held the position of head coach at his former club Puebla FC in the 1995/96 season . Due to lack of success, he was withdrawn after ten games. From 2007 to 2010 he was in charge of the amateur club Zacatlán FC.

Bernardino Brambila died from the consequences of a heart attack .
