Bernd Düker (born April 1, 1992 in Gronau ) is a German soccer goalkeeper who is under contract with SC Spelle-Venhaus .

Career

Bernd Düker was born in the Westphalian Münsterland and grew up in Ochtrup . There he learned the ABC of football as a goalkeeper at FC SW Weiner and continued his training at the neighboring Vorwärts Wettringen at the age of thirteen . In 2008 he then joined his first larger club, VfL Osnabrück , commuting four times a week to the city about 80 kilometers away. He played one year in the U-17 and the following year in the U-19 Bundesliga North / Northeast for the purple-whites.

There, the league competitor SV Werder Bremen noticed him and made him an offer that also included a stay at the club's own boarding school and a bank apprenticeship. Düker seized the opportunity and was the goalkeeper of the U-19 Bundesliga team in 2010/11. Then it went straight to the U-23 in the 3rd division, where he made his debut on the first day of the new season. On the next match days, however, the "number 3" of the professional team Christian Vander came first . It was only when he had to help out on the bench in the Bundesliga that Düker made his second appearance on matchday 11.
In the summer of 2013, Düker moved to the third division to his former youth club VfL Osnabrück . There, Düker was only used in the second team in the major league, until VfL Osnabrück canceled it from play in the summer of 2017. Düker then joined the BV Essen in the Landesliga Weser-Ems. A year later he moved to the Lower Saxony Oberliga for SC Spelle-Venhaus .
