Bernd Winterschladen

Bernd Winterschladen (* 1960 ) is a German jazz musician ( tenor , baritone and soprano saxophone and bass clarinet ).

Winterschladen, whose older brother is the trumpeter Reiner Winterschladen , studied music at the Cologne University of Music . Together with Achim Fink , Joachim Gellert and Andreas Gilgenberg he founded the brass quartet Talking Horns in 1993 , of which he is still a member. He continued to play with The Piano Has Been Drinking , with Jean Shy, with Gerd Köster , Trance Groove and the Trance Club founded by Stefan Krachten and Dal Martino . In addition, he has worked in numerous record, theater and television productions (including the Harald Schmidt Show ).
