Bernhard Fuchs (* 1971 in Haslach ad Mühl / Upper Austria ) is an Austrian photographer .

Life

Bernhard Fuchs grew up in Helfenberg in Upper Austria and studied from 1993 to 1997 at the Düsseldorf Art Academy , from 1994 with Bernd Becher . From 1997 to 1999 he completed a postgraduate course with a master's degree at the Leipzig University of Graphics and Book Art with Timm Rautert .

Bernhard Fuchs lives and works in Düsseldorf .

Bernhard Fuchs received the Austrian Art Prize for Media Art in the field of artistic photography in 2017 .
