Bernhard Greulich

Bernhard Greulich (born December 4, 1902 in Mannheim , † March 4, 1995 in Mannheim) was a German athlete and lawn athlete .

In 1936 he became German champion in lawn power triathlon. He threw a hammer throw in Mannheim on May 16, 1936, with a German record of 52.02 meters, and shortly afterwards came fifth at the German Athletics Championships . He qualified her for the Olympic Games in Berlin , where he reached seventh place. In 1937 he was German champion in lawn power triathlon, hammer throwing and weight throwing and in 1938 again in weight throwing.

Greulich started for TSV 1846 Mannheim . The versatile athlete was also active there as a gymnast and hockey player. He later became involved in his club as head of the hockey department and member of the board.
