Bernhard Schachner (born January 10, 1986 ) is a former Austrian football player . He was most recently under contract with FC Admira Wacker Mödling in the first Austrian Bundesliga .

He joined the combat team through AKA Admira and was also an ÖFB junior player. He made his debut on May 29, 2005 against Austria Wien . On September 10, 2011, he scored his first goal in the top division in his 14th Bundesliga game.

Schachner ended his career in June 2015 at the age of 29 due to chronic Achilles tendonitis .
