Bernhard Schmidt (politician)

Bernhard Schmidt (born November 16, 1825 in Berlin ; † June 11, 1887 in Sagan ) was a lawyer, manor owner and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Schmidt studied law in Lausanne and Heidelberg . Subsequently, he was a court assessor and assistant public prosecutor before becoming the owner of a manor in Sagan.

From February to June 1887 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency Liegnitz 2 ( Sagan , Sprottau ) and the German Reich Party . Between 1870 and 1887 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the same constituency.
