Bernhard von Welczeck

Bernhard Graf von Welczeck (born January 29, 1844 in Laband ; † January 16, 1917 ibid) was a German diplomat and politician.

Life

Bernhard von Welczeck, from the primeval noble family v. Originally from Welczeck , he was the son of the landowner Bernhard Reichsfreiherr von Welczeck and his wife Marie, née. Imperial Freeess of Saurma-Jeltsch. He studied law in Breslau , Bonn and Berlin . In Bonn he became a member of the Corps Borussia . He joined the Foreign Service and was, among other things, Legation Secretary in St. Petersburg and Chargé d'Affaires in Madrid .

Bernhard von Welczeck belonged to the Prussian manor house and the Silesian provincial parliament.
