Bernhardsweiler is a hamlet that belongs to the Lautenbach district of the Fichtenau municipality in the Schwäbisch Hall district in northeast Baden-Württemberg .
The place has a building certificate from the late Middle Ages with the St. Anna Church and was first mentioned in a document around 1364 as Bemerßwyler .
The moated castle was in 15./16. Built in the 18th century by the Goldochs family.
From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Crailsheim .
