Pay Regulations
A pay regulation referred to in Germany a plant of a grade law, the offices and ranks according to their value grades assigns.
The salary regulations as annexes to the Federal Salary Act are called federal salary regulations .
The Federal Salary Act and the salary laws of the federal states basically have four salary regulations:
- Salary order A for civil servants and soldiers with increasing salaries.
- Salary order B for civil servants and soldiers with higher, fixed salaries.
- Salary regulations R for judges and public prosecutors .
- Salary regulations W for professors .
The salary regulation C regulated the salaries of professors until it was repealed in 2002.
