Salary Regulations B

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The salary regulations B of the Federal Salary Act (BBesG; "Bundesbesoldungsordnung B") and the state salary laws contain the salary groups B 1 to B 11 (different in some countries) of civil servants and soldiers in Germany. The salary systems B have fixed salaries, whereas the basic salaries of other salary systems have levels. After a certain amount of time, climbing up a level is the rule.

Federal Pay Regulations

In the Federal Salary Code B, the basic salary of salary group B 1 corresponds to the final basic salary (level 8) of salary group A 15. The basic salary of salary group B 2 is higher than the final basic salary of the highest salary group A 16 of Federal Salary A

The office designations in italics "Director", "Director and Professor", "First Director", "Senior Director", "President" and "President and Professor" are basic designations. These may only be awarded in connection with an addendum that refers to the employer, the administrative area, the career and / or the subject area.
