The three- story tenement house was built in 1900. Stylistically it belongs to historicism . The late Wilhelminian style facade design is typical of the construction period. The plastered building has a contrasting mixture of plastered wall surfaces and rich Gothic sandstone ornamentation with Art Nouveau echoes .
Monument protection
The striking facade with its high-quality craftsmanship forms an accent that characterizes the cityscape. For architectural, architectural and city-historical reasons, the house has the status of a monument according to the Hessian Monument Protection Act .
