The residential building Bettrather Straße 91 is located in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in 1903. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on June 2, 1987 under No. B 046 .

The Bettrather Straße is located north of the old town center and runs from the Hermann Piecq facility over the Beethovenstraße along the colorful garden .

architecture

House number 91 was built shortly after the turn of the century (around 1903). The two-storey house on the eaves has two floors and a loft . A high plaster base with a filling hatch and two barred windows underpins the facade . The bay window ends with half a hipped roof . The roof above opens in a pointed gable with a round arched window and a small rectangular window at the top. Two dormers lead to the left to another triangular bay, which closes with a slate-covered pyramid roof with a point.
