Beverly Weigel

Beverly Weigel ( Beverly Dawn Edith Weigel, married Robertson; born August 16, 1940 in Auckland ) is a former New Zealand long jumper and sprinter .
In 1956 she was seventh in the long jump at the Olympic Games in Melbourne .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff in 1958 , she failed to make a valid attempt in the long jump. She knocked out over 100 yards in the lead, and finished fourth in the New Zealand 4 x 110 yard relay.
In 1960 she was tenth in the long jump at the Olympic Games in Rome .
She set her personal best in the long jump of 6.28 m on June 29, 1958 in Papakura .
