Bigge-Olsberg

On July 1, 1969, the city of Bigge-Olsberg was newly formed from the previous communities Bigge and Olsberg in the district of Brilon , North Rhine-Westphalia .

On January 1, 1975, the city of Bigge-Olsberg formed together with Antfeld (largely), Assinghausen , Bruchhausen , Brunskappel , Elleringhausen , Elpe (largely), Gevelinghausen (largely), Helmeringhausen , Wiemeringhausen and Wulmeringhausen the new city of Olsberg.

The community had an area of ​​17.81 km² and 6790 inhabitants (1970) and 7051 inhabitants (1974).
