Biliwzi ( Ukrainian Білівці ; Russian Беловцы Belowzy , Romanian Beleuți ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Chernivtsi with about 1100 inhabitants (2001).
Biliwzi is the only village in the district council of the same name in the south-east of Khotyn Rajon . The village is located at an altitude of 186 m, 20 km south of the district center of Chotyn and about 50 km northeast of the oblast center of Chernivtsi .
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1552 (another source mentions the year 1459), had a population of 966 in 1886 and in 1904 there were 1530 people in the village.
