Biloussiwka ( Ukrainian Білоусівка ; Russian Белоусовка Beloussowka , Romanian Beleusovca ) is a village in the east of Ukraine Chernivtsi Oblast with about 3000 inhabitants (2001).

The village is located in the historical region of Bessarabia on the regional road P-63 and on the territorial road T-26-23 .

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1447, is the only town in the district council of the same name in Sokyrjany district . The district center Sokyryany is located 13 km southeast and the oblast capital Chernivtsi is located about 130 km west of Bilousivka.
