Bin ( 彬县 , Bīn Xiàn ) is a district in the prefecture -level city of Xianyang in Shaanxi Province in the People's Republic of China .

The Dafosi Grottoes (Dafo si shiku 大 佛寺 石窟) and the Kaiyuan Pagoda in Bin County (Bin xian Kaiyuan sita 彬县 开元 寺塔) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1988 and 2001, respectively .
