The Birch Creek is the approx. 120 km long left source river of the Kantishna River in Alaska (USA).
Birch Creek is fed by a nameless glacier on the northern flank of Peters Dome on the northwestern edge of the Alaska range . The Birch Creek initially flows in a north-northwest, later in a northerly direction through the Tanana-Kuskokwim lowlands . The river shows a sometimes strongly meandering behavior. The river forms the border of Denali National Park in parts . About 2 km above the junction with the McKinley River to the Kantishna River, the Muddy River flows into the river from the left.
