Birgit Corinna Lange
Birgit Corinna Lange (born July 3 in Bremen ; artist name: Bico La ) is a German singer , actress , speaker, director and author . She is a classically trained singer with a youthful-dramatic soprano voice . Lange also writes plays, scripts, poems and short stories.
Life
Long studied acting in Hamburg and Bremen. In addition, she completed private classical singing studies in Hamburg and Bremen, as well as master classes in opera and lied in Kassel, Göttingen and New York City, USA.
In addition to numerous singing appearances as well as film and theater engagements, Lange was shown as Gretel in the world premiere of The Truth About Hansel and Gretel - No Christmas Tale (based on Hans Traxler ) at the Schwankhalle Bremen in 2013. The production was also invited to the "Hart am Wind" theater festival and was performed again in May 2014. There was also a resumption in October 2014.
In 2014 she was also seen in the production of the rock musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch at Schwankhalle Bremen as Hedwig's husband Yitzhak.
In 2016 she produced her first own short film Getting him Back , which was successfully partially financed by crowdfunding. Lange provided the script, directed and took on the lead role. The film is in post-production and will premiere in Bremen in 2017.
