Birgit Stegmeier
Birgit Stegmeier (born October 5, 1949 in Oldenburg ) is a German CDU politician and former member of the Hamburg parliament .
Life
Birgit Stegmeier is the managing director of Birgit Stegmeier Kommunikation GmbH in Hamburg.
She was local chair in Hamburg-Blankenese and deputy district chair in Hamburg-Altona for the CDU. In addition, she was a member of the Hamburg State Executive and a member of the Economic Council of the CDU eV From 1986 to 1993 she was a member of the Hamburg Parliament. There she represented her group in the Committee on Equal Opportunities for Women, the Health Committee, the Budget Committee and the Committee on Ports, Economy and Agriculture.
Stegmeier is the mother of four adult children.
