Birky ( Ukrainian Бірки ; Russian Борки Borki , Polish Borki ) is a village in the northeast of the Ukrainian Volyn Oblast with about 1,600 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1662, is located on the banks of the Zyr ( Цир ), a 57 km long right tributary of the Pripyat , 25 km west of the district center Lyubeschiw and 155 km north of the Oblast center Lutsk .
On 10 August 2017, the village became part of the newly established settlement community Ljubeschiw (Любешівська селищна громада / Ljubeschiwska selyschtschna hromada ) until then, the village formed together with the village Wytule ( Витуле , ⊙ ) with about 310 inhabitants, the same 62.4 km² Landratsgemeinde .
The T-03-08 territorial road runs through the village .
