Blåsut is an above-ground station on the Stockholm Metro . It is located in the Johanneshov district . The station is served by the Gröna linjen of the Stockholm subway system . The station is one of the less frequented stations on the underground network. On a normal working day, 2,000 commuters get on here.
The station went into operation on October 1, 1950, when the first section of the tunnel bana between Slussen and Hökarängen was inaugurated. The station is located between Sandsborg and Skärmarbrink stations . It is about five kilometers to Stockholm Central Station .
