The Blech & Brass Banda is a Bohemian brass band from the Austrian Burgenland .

history

The Blech & Brass Banda was founded in 1999 by Ludwig Zwickl and Christian Hoffmann ( Horn ). At that time, 13 passionate musicians from the Neusiedl am See district ( Burgenland ) decided to found a Bohemian brass band .

In 2002 the band became the European champion of Bohemian-Moravian brass music .

Radek Ruzicka ( tenor horn ) has been the musical director of the Blech & Brass Banda since 2007 . Jakob Welser takes care of the management and the overall organization.

In February 2009 the chapel was renamed Die Burgenländer , whereby the new name should now express its feeling of home. The abbreviation “BBB” stands for “Burgenlanders bring brass music”.
