The Blocksberg (also Pansdorfer Schanze ) is a listed ring wall near Pansdorf in the municipality of Ratekau . It is a Wendish castle of the 8th and 9th century.

The fortified northern part of a Geestrücken is enclosed in the west by the Schwartau , in the north by a deep brook valley and in the east by marshy terrain. In the south, a ditch and a wall were created to separate it from the rest of the Geestrücke. The irregularly shaped ring wall has a diameter of 110 to 120 meters, a height of 5 to 8 meters and falls into the surrounding lowland to a depth of 20 meters.
