Bo Flower

Bo Flower (born April 28, 1982 in Karlsruhe ; actually Florian Bauer ) is a German rapper on the Hamburg hip-hop scene.

Career

Bo Flower began his career in 1996 with his band recording condition, which toured Germany, Austria and Switzerland for three years. The vinyl maxi releases recording condition (1999) and Burnout (2001), a video for the song Burnout , which was broadcast several times on Viva and Viva Plus , around 100 appearances, including 2001 as the opening of the largest European hip Hop and reggae festival Splash in Chemnitz , as well as various contributions on mixtapes. In 2003 the group separated.

He then began a career as a solo artist in Hamburg . In 2004 he published his first solo album, Nimm's Personal, for free on his homepage because he couldn't find a label for it and couldn't afford to produce it. From this album, the album Heile Welt , released in 2005, developed , which he brought out through the Schmuf Hamburg label founded with TemmyTon, Mac.C.Million and Fabian Friedrich . The Schmuf Hamburg Sampler Vol. 1 appeared on the label in October 2004 . In spring 2005 the shooting of Bo Flowers' first video for the single Kill Sw *** ty followed and then the second solo album Heile Welt in September 2005. In 2006 he moved into the music center St. Pauli with the label Schmuf Hamburg and founded his own online shop and sales and in December 2006 published the Schmuf Hamburg Sampler Vol. 2 with a video Ooh .

From March 22nd to June 9th 2007 he was on tour with Temmyton and DJ Fanic in Germany and Switzerland.

Since 2008 Bo Flower has been going its own way without the Schmuf Hamburg label, which was dissolved on January 1st, 2008.

He produced the song Viva con Agua feat for the aid organization Viva con Agua . Irie Révoltés and Toni-L and Walk with Us featuring Gentleman , Mellow Mark and many more. He also took part in the “Water! March” and in 2008 walked from Hamburg to Basel in 40 days for the opening game of the European Football Championship.

His song Von Mensch zu Mensch on the subject of organ donation became the eponymous song of a campaign by EMI Music Publishing and Techniker Krankenkasse . He travels a lot for this topic and is committed to the association www.music-for-life.de. During his travels, he met Ulla Schmidt, Wolf-Dieter Poschmann and many more and appeared in the Federal Ministry of Health, among others. On October 4th, 2009 he performed on the large open-air stage at the Brandenburg Gate.

In September 2009 he appeared as a music producer in the series Rap Academy - Young Poets and Thinkers alongside Curse, Thomas D. and Ralf Bauer. He also produced the song, which was presented in front of 5 million viewers on the ARD Saturday evening program Ask but times the mouse .

He is still active as one of the producers of the Young Poets and Thinkers project with Thomas D , as he has been since 2006.

On March 7, 2014 he released the album Leise Töne , renouncing his pseudonym as Flo Bauer . He is supported by Jesper Jürgens, a former candidate for The Voice of Germany , the singer Begavi, the piano player Johannes Arzberger and Deniz, who is involved in the bonus track for the TK campaign Von Mensch zu Mensch .
