Fenugreek (cabaret)

The Bockshorn is a cabaret stage in Würzburg .

The Bockshorn cabaret stage was opened by Mathias Repiscus on October 30, 1984, initially in Sommerhausen in a vaulted cellar with almost 100 seats. At the beginning of October 2001, the Bockshorn moved into the cellar of the newly designed Kulturspeicher in Würzburg and offers space for 199 visitors. The fenugreek is led by Mathias Repiscus from Switzerland and his wife Monika Wagner-Repiscus . Under her leadership, the fenugreek has become a fixture in the Lower Franconian cabaret scene.

The program includes cabaret, plays (e.g. Die Auguste D.,) , chansons, musical performances, especially jazz . Repiscus has repeatedly managed to win over well-known cabaret artists such as Django Asül , Matthias Beltz , Rick Kavanian , Jochen Malmsheimer , Michael Mittermeier , Urban Priol , Dagmar Schönleber or Mathias Tretter to perform in the fenugreek.
