Boich-Leversbach was a municipality in the old district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia until 1969 . Today Boich-Leversbach is a district of the Kreuzau community in the Düren district .
geography
Boich-Leversbach consists of the two neighboring places Boich and Leversbach , which are located on the southern edge of the municipality of Kreuzau and about 1.5 kilometers apart. Today, both places each form a village in the Kreuzau community. The former municipality of Boich-Leversbach had an area of 6.90 km².
history
Since the 19th century Boich-Leversbach was a rural community in the Drove mayor's office (from 1928 Drove office ) in the Düren district. On July 1, 1969, the municipality was incorporated into the municipality of Kreuzau by the law on the reorganization of municipalities in the district of Düren .
