Bolonguera (sometimes Bolongueira ) is a town in Angola .

Bolonguera is the seat of a municipality of the same name (Comuna) of the district ( Município ) of Chongorói , in the province of Benguela . Around 11,000 people live here (2014 estimate).

economy

The community is dominated by agriculture. The main crops are maize, peanuts and millet . Livestock breeding is also important. An agricultural school is under construction on the 820 hectare site of the Chiwana or Tchiuana estate. In 2013, agricultural entrepreneurs in Chongorói County also decided to build a factory on the estate for the production of fruit juices and tomato concentrate, and for bottling mineral water. The fruits for the factory are produced on 131 hectares. Depending on the needs of the factory, the area of ​​the property used for production can be expanded to 800 hectares.
