The Bolshoi Khomus-Jurjach ( Russian Большой Хомус-Юрях ) is a tributary of the East Siberian Sea in the Republic of Sakha in the north of Eastern Siberia .

The Bolshoi Khomus-Jurjach rises on the northern flank of the Suor-Ujata ridge . It flows in a predominantly northerly direction through the coastal lowlands and flows west of the mouth of the Alaseja into the East Siberian Sea. The river has a length of 324 km. It drains an area of ​​3420 km². About 2600 lakes in the catchment area of ​​the Bolshoi-Jurjach cover an area of ​​377 km². The river is fed by snowmelt as well as precipitation . It is covered with ice between late September and early June. The most important tributary is the Okulja from the right.
