The Booth Spur is a small rock spur near the Ruppert coast in Marie-Byrd-Land in western Antarctica . It rises on the northern flank of the El Sayed Glacier and 2.5 km southwest of Mount Shirley .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1972 after Lieutenant Commander Robert Midgley Booth, public relations officer for Operation Deep Freeze of the Years 1968 and 1969.
