A former school building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Bournedale Village School . The building stands in Bourne in the state of Massachusetts of the United States and in 1897 in Victorian style built.
The one and a half storey house has a rectangular floor plan and is located approximately 40 ft (12.2 m ) from the Herring Pond Road reset in the center of a grassy plot. It has a steep hipped roof covered with asphalt shingles and its front is oriented to the northeast. In a central position on the roof there is a dome open on all sides with an octagonal roof, in which the original school bell is housed to this day. Along the southern property line low, built around 1915 stone wall, as the historical relevance contributing (runs English contributing structure was evaluated).
